Due to cutting production volumes and following reductions the management of Krenholm, besides reduction payouts, has been assisting reduced people with employment both outside and in-house.
There are a few such possibilities at Krenholm yet. One of them is a project of rollerblind production in Narva. A new unit named Krenholm Roller Blinds is situated in one of the renovated factory’s building. A new production unit is equipped with automatic and semiautomatic equipment, manufactured by a Swedish company “Markisol”, which is one of the leading European manufacturers of rollerblinds and relevant equipment/accessories.
A new production, which was launched in summer, has been increasing its capacities and managed to fulfill several orders.
